Postage within the UK is provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. If we receive your order (Boutique or Tribe) by 2pm Monday - Friday, we will ship your goods the same day. After 2pm on Friday or over the weekend, your parcel will be sent on Monday.

Postage to Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world is provided by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. To Ireland and Europe, it is estimated 3-5 days, and worldwide within 5-7 days. If we receive your order (Boutique or Tribe) by 2pm Monday - Friday, we will ship your goods the same day. After 2pm on Friday or over the weekend, your parcel will be sent on Monday. This is a fully tracked service and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your goods have been shipped. Signature is required upon delivery.

Naturally, there will be a longer lead time for Una Rodden Signature as these are made to order items. We aim to complete all of these orders within 3 weeks and dispatch with the same delivery methods as previously outlined.

Returns.

Sale Items

All items marked as Sale are non-refundable. If you have any queries about these discounted garments, please contact us prior to purchase.

Boutique or Tribe

Please contact us if you wish to return an item purchased from Boutique or Tribe. Goods can be returned up to 14 days from receiving them. Please ensure the products have not been worn, washed or damaged and that the tags are still intact. Damaged, soiled or altered garments, without their tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, with the exception of faulty or incorrectly supplied articles, where your statutory rights apply.

Returns should be sent, in their original condition, to Una Rodden, 50 Upper Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GJ. Please send returned goods via a registered postal service and retain proof of postage and tracking, as they remain your responsibility until they are received at Una Rodden. You are liable for the costs incurred for return postage, except in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

If you live outside the EU, please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS”, value “0” on the customs form. This will help us to avoid any unnecessary customs charges and will accelerate the refund process.

Returned items will be refunded or exchanged (minus delivery) as appropriate. Refunds will made to the original credit card used for purchase, excluding shipping costs, and processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. The customer will be notified by email at issue of refund and funds will be appear in the account within 5-10 business days.

Una Rodden Signature

For made to order garments, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. Under this condition, we will cover the cost of return postage and repair or replace the faulty goods.

Ready to wear items follow the same principles as Boutique (see above)
