Price of Goods

Prices listed on the website are in GBP and include VAT. The final purchase price will include cost of the goods, VAT and delivery charges, but any relevant import, export or local taxes, that may apply to European or Worldwide shipping, are the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser. The VAT breakdown will be visible at checkout. Shipping costs are specified at Checkout before validation of the order. Details of these costs can be found here.

Una Rodden Signature: Occasionally the Signature Collection will feature ready-to-wear items, created from fabrics, which cannot be repeated. Prices may differ from those found in store, but are reflective of the fact that these garments are made to more generalised sizes and will not be tailored to fit. We kindly ask that customers do not abuse this fact in order to obtain tailored garments at a reduced cost.

Placing an Order

The Customer declares being at least 18 years old and having full legal capacity or if he/she is a minor, guarantees having parental permission to place his/her order.

To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchase process and click on "Purchase” to submit an order.

The payment of the order requires the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the price of the items and the content of the order.

After validation of payment, Una Rodden sends an order confirmation email to the customer. If the customer does not receive an email following his/her Order, he/she must contact Una Rodden by email here. The customer is also informed by email when the items are dispatched, using the email address provided by the latter during checkout.

Una Rodden cannot in any case be held responsible in the event of an input error or transmission of an input error not allowing the issuance of the confirmation email and/or items.

It is recommended that the customer print or save the order confirmation email.

Delivery

The ordered items will be delivered within a period not exceeding 10 calendar days (varying depending upon which country you reside) from the date on which the order was received, provided that the whole price has been paid.

The customer can track the route of their parcel on the carrier’s (Royal Mail) website, using the consignment number. The customer is informed that it is his/her duty to provide the accurate information required for proper dispatch of their order and its delivery (access code, access specifications, for example). If the customer is absent when delivery is made, a delivery notification of how the parcel is to be stored and made available to him, is at the complete and sole responsibility of the carrier.

The customer recognises and accepts that the order recording systems document all the transactions made between Una Rodden and the customer.

Una Rodden shall not be held responsible for any non-performance or delay in the execution of orders, caused by events outside its control ("Una Rodden"). This includes any act, event, non-performance, omission or accident beyond the control of Una Rodden and particularly includes (but is not limited to):

  1. strikes, closures or other industrial actions.

  2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

  3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters.

  4. Inability to use transportation by train, boat, plane, roads or other means of private or public transportation.

  5. Inability to use public and private telecommunications networks.

  6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of all governments.

  7. Strike, failure or accidents of maritime, postal or other shipping transportation.

The execution of the terms and conditions shall be suspended for as long as the event continues, and the execution and delivery lead times shall be extended accordingly. Despite this, Una Rodden will endeavour as far as possible to find a solution allowing it to fulfil its contractual obligations.

Trade Description

We have made every effort to ensure photographs, descriptions and details are as accurate as possible, however, there may be slight variations on colour and texture between the photograph and the physical item.

Please be aware that all measurements of Boutique and Tribe stock are approximate and you can refer to our size chart as a guide to choosing your best personal fit.

Measurements for Una Rodden Signature styles will be taken by you, the customer. We will guide you how to take these measurements and the details we require, through the order form relating to your chosen garment. As such, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct information to ensure accuracy in the finished product.

Stock Availability

The Boutique collection carries limited stock of each item. Once garments are sold, they will not be replenished (with the exception of a return). When a line is sold out, it will be removed and replaced with a new article.

Products available in Tribe may often be one-off or as a one-off available in a number of colourways. It is possible to contact us if you are interested in getting a piece made in a different size or to enquire about a previously sold item. There are no guarantees, but we can get in touch with the relevant designer/maker on your behalf to see if it is possible for them to fulfill your request.

Una Rodden Signature are made to order garments, so we do not commonly carry stock. Any ready-to-wear pieces we do have, will be indicated as such, but are also likely one-off or not to be repeated in the same fabric combinations.

Website Conduct

By using this website to purchase goods, you agree not to supply false or fraudulent details and are solely responsible for all acts and omissions that occur through your usage of the site.

All information and designs seen here are the exclusive property of Una Rodden (the company) and permissions to copy any of this content must be requested in writing from Una Rodden. This intellectual property includes:

  • the items sold on the site

  • the trademarks associated with the items

  • the site, and notably its layout, organisation and titling of categories, the visual and graphic identity, its design, its ergonomics, its features, its software, text, animated or fixed images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics and any other element making up unarodden.com

  • the databases, their structure and their content, designed and managed by Una Rodden, for the editing needs of the website

  • all the design elements of the website whether graphic or technical

  • all the names, acronyms, logos, colours, graphics or other signs that may be used, or implemented by Una Rodden.

It is therefore forbidden to reproduce or alter in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the items listed in the preceding paragraph and more generally to use or exploit these elements other than in connection with the execution hereof. The reproduction or use of all or part of these elements is only authorised for the purposes of information for personal and private use.

Use and Security

You are personally responsible for your use of this site and you agree to contact us immediately regarding any breach of security or unauthorised usage.

We are dedicated to ensuring the safety of your information, which you can read about in more detail in our privacy policy. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of any customer data collected online, we have suitable managerial and electronic procedures in place as a safeguard. All payment transactions on the site are processed by a secure online payments platform and none of your card details are stored within our server.

Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay, and will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch.

Any delays in delivery of your item(s), or failure to dispatch, as a result of inability to authorise payment is not our liability, but the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Given the possible changes of the website and regulations, Una Rodden reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

The new Terms and Conditions will be, as appropriate, made known to the customer by online modification of this statement and will be applicable only to sales completed after the modification.
